As far as I can remember, I always loved the night sky. I am not sure of the exact reason for that affection.
Every time I look at that vast beauty, it gives me an insight that is profoundly connected to the thoughts I have. Or maybe it is just providing me the unjudged medium to express my thoughts. Either way, it is helping me at tough times.

How many of you have taken some time to really look at the night sky. I know a few of my peers do.
I go look at the night sky whenever I feel a little low.

If you haven’t done it in your life, just try doing it. There is nothing complicated here. Just look at the night sky and be there. You will be able to see new stars which keeps on increasing after every second, as your eyes get adjusted to the darkness.
You can see countless stars there, which I always associate with countless possibilities. This will give you a tiny boost, especially when you feel a little low, giving you the idea of countless possibilities in your life.

A sense of calmness overlaps your mind replacing all the mind-numbing thoughts. Your child-like curiosity just gets out of nowhere and you keep your eyes without blinking to see the stars shining.
I have seen people in their middle ages getting this excitement out of nowhere.
Maybe you should try that too.
The night sky has been my constant companion for a very long time. And it hasn’t failed me yet.
Hope it does the same to you, provided you look up with a blank canvas.
