We know that today is international women’s day.
And I want to talk about how I think women are creating positive impacts in our society.

I’m greatly influenced by my Mom in a wide variety of qualities I have.
At least I like to think I’m or I need to become that way 🙂
Even if she doesn’t quote the word empathy or ask me to become empathetic, I have seen this quality in her all along through her actions.
And I have seen how people take it differently when you act from that mindset.

I can state a ton of qualities I admire about her like love, resilience, understanding nature, forgiving, and many more, but I believe empathy is the one I got heavily influenced by.
And I have seen this specific quality much more common and in-depth in women around me.
When you think about leadership, empathy is one quality that makes a ton of a difference.

Understanding your team, understanding your clients, understanding people around you, being in their shoes give us a chance to see their perspectives.
This is a major thing when we realize that any major project, social cause, or initiative is a community-led act rather than a single-man task.
I like to see a lot of women leaders around who make positive changes in society, armed with their incredible empathy.

Wishing all the women out there a very happy women’s day.
Now, take charge and change the world, wherever you are, in whatever you do.
